What's included in your price

Every quoted move includes a clean, fully equipped van, trolleys, straps, blankets and protective covers, and careful loading and unloading. Optional extras — packing, dismantling and reassembly, extra movers, or storage — are priced clearly and only added if you want them.

Are your prices fixed?
Yes. We agree a fixed price up front, based on the size of your move and the distance involved, so you know exactly what you'll pay before we start — no hourly meter running and no surprises at the end.
What affects the price of my move?
The two biggest factors are the size of the move (a single item, a one-bed flat or a two-bed house) and the distance between your two addresses. Access at both ends — stairs, lifts and parking — and any extras like packing can also play a part, and we'll factor those in when we quote.
What do local, medium and long distance mean?
Local covers moves up to around 10 miles, which is most jobs across Gosforth, Newcastle and the immediate Tyneside area. Medium is roughly 10 to 30 miles. Long distance is 30 miles and beyond, priced individually as the mileage rises.
Do you charge extra for evenings or weekends?
No. We work seven days a week from 7am to 8pm and don't add weekend or evening surcharges. The price we quote is the price you pay.
Are there any hidden fees?
